11 Application of Rule 10 to money recovered by certain widows (O 80, R 11)

Rule 10 shall apply, with the necessary modifications, to all moneys which are, by any enactment, subject to the control of the Court, and directions under Rule 10 may include directions as to any payment to be made to a widow or any other person on whose behalf the claim in question was made.
